Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re growing fast, and to elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and driven Videographer. This role will be key in shaping and executing our visual identity through motion — from mood-driven brand visuals to behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media, lookbooks, campaigns, brand visuals, behind-the-scenes (BTS) content and mood pieces

• Collaborate closely with our Head of Content Creation and Creative Directors to bring brand stories to life through cinematic, on-brand video content

• Ensure a cohesive visual language through consistent editing, color grading, and pacing

• Handle efficient file management and post-production

• Stay up-to-date with video trends, storytelling formats and tools to keep our content fresh and culturally relevant

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience as a videographer, with a strong experience in the fashion industry

• Solid background in studio and on-location video production, including lighting setup, camera operation and directing on set

• Skilled in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style, including color grading and pacing

• Experience creating video content for social media, campaigns, behind-the-scenes and e-commerce

• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, storytelling and current fashion trends

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
