Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Content Team, we’re looking for a Video Editor who can craft visually compelling stories that elevate our brand and engage our audience across all digital platforms. Your work will directly shape how MIKUTA’s message is seen and felt worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the full video editing process, from raw footage to polished final content.

• Apply advanced color grading techniques to create the perfect mood, tone, and brand aesthetic.

• Collaborate closely with the rest of the content team and our Marketing department to translate concepts and scripts into visually stunning videos.

• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality style.

• Review and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to continuously improve video output.

• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the video asset library for efficient workflow.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in fashion video editing.

• Strong skills in color grading and post-production workflows.

• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
