At MIKUTA, we're looking for a Content and Social Media manager to join our Marketing team in Berlin.

MIKUTA is a Berlin-based fashion brand founded in 2017 by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss. It all started with a jewelry line, that expanded to a whole fashion brand within the years. Through simplicity and a touch of Rock'n'Roll, the brand creates everyday essentials for everyone. At MIKUTA, we believe that all of us need a glimpse of Rock’n’Roll in our lives.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Daily accounts management: of all social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Youtube.

  • Social media planning: strategize the content, plan accordingly through the channels the launches, and special activities following the global marketing plan.

  • Social media data analysis: analyze, and report the KPIs of each social media channel to ensure the growth on the different platforms.

  • Content analysis: report the top-performing content from each platform and adapt the communication accordingly working hand-in-hand with our performance team.

  • Brand communication: strong copywriting skills to ensure brand communication through the channels.

  • Provide Growth on our channels: set clear growth KPIs for each channel, and ensure the evolution of our social media presence.

  • Diversify the channels mix: set concrete rules about the channels, and strengthen our TikTok presence.

CONTENT
CREATION

  • Content creation: create content to dynamize the social media channels and increase engagement on the different platforms.

  • Video content: strong video content skills, mainly for creating organic content for Reels, and TikTok videos.

  • Video editing skills: strong video editing skills to create impactful content: cut, editing, and color editing.

  • Market research: ability to stay ahead of the new trends, and research the different content possibilities.

  • Performance marketing: create content according to the needs of the performance team.

  • Content management: manage external teams when working on bigger production, hand-in-hand with the creative team.

  • Leading creative campaigns: continuously coming up with new ideas for 2D or 3D content according to specific campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or Business administration.

  • You have at least 3 years of previous work experience. Having previous experience in Social media management is a must.

  • You are fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.
