Join the MIKUTA team at our vibrant new flagship store in Berlin! We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Retail Sales Specialist to help bring the MIKUTA experience to life for our customers.
The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.
Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are currently working with Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter Collection cycles and soon grow to a product portfolio of more than 150 products.
We are now launching our very first Flagship store in Berlin, which will enable us to be closer to our customer base. It is important for us that our community can experience the brand in person before making their purchase decision. This Retail store will be the leading example for future Stores to come.
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll be key in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clientele. From assisting customers with their inquiries to providing style advice and ensuring our products are beautifully presented, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing the MIKUTA brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and trends.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including fabrics, fits, and styling options.
Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to showcase our products in an engaging and aesthetically pleasing manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with professionalism.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting your colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and feedback to the team.
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
Passion for fashion and a keen interest in current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
