Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re growing fast, and to elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and driven Photographer. This role will be key in executing our visual identity across all channels — from product to lifestyle and campaign content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality visual content for our website, social media, campaigns and lookbooks

• As part of our Content team, you will work closely with our Head of Content Creation and our Creative Directors to bring brand stories to life

• Maintain our unique visual look, including color grading and editing styles

• Build and control lighting setups (studio and on-location) to create strong, consistent imagery

• Work with Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite to manage tethered shooting and post-production workflows

• Ensure efficient file management, editing and delivery workflows

• Stay up-to-date with photography trends, tools, and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and impactful

ABOUT YOU

• 5–10 years of professional experience as a photographer, with a strong focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle

• Solid background in studio and on-location photography, including lighting setup and direction

• Confident in working with Capture One, Lightroom and Photoshop

• Skilled in developing and maintaining a consistent visual look and editing style

• Experience with content creation for social media, campaigns and e-commerce

• Strong sense for aesthetics, composition and fashion trends

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
