ABOUT THE JOB

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Growth Marketing team, we’re looking for a Photo & Video Editor – Paid Social (d/f/m) who can create and optimise high-impact visual content that drives engagement and conversion across multiple digital platforms. This role is key to turning brand assets and campaign goals into dynamic, performance-driven creatives that resonate with our audience and boost our paid advertising success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and adapt photo and video content for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other performance channels

• Create dynamic and high-converting ad creatives by combining brand assets with performance-driven messaging and formats (static, video, UGC, motion graphics, etc.)

• Collaborate closely with the Performance marketing and Creative teams to translate campaign goals into compelling visual storytelling tailored for digital platforms

• Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data (ROAS, CTR, scroll stop rate, etc.), iterating on top-performing formats

• Repurpose organic and influencer content into engaging ad variations to support evergreen and product-specific campaigns

• Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all formats while adapting to platform-specific best practices

• Maintain an organized asset library and streamline versioning for testing across markets and customer segments

• Support launches and promotions with quick turnaround on ad content for new products, collections, and seasonal sales

• Stay up to date with ad trends and formats in the fashion and lifestyle e-commerce space, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table

• Work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in content editing for paid social or performance marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce

• Strong video and photo editing skills with a solid command of tools

• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google

• Understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, ROAS, scroll stop rate) and experience using data to inform creative decisions

• Experience working with UGC, influencer content, and brand photography, turning raw assets into polished, conversion-focused formats

• Ability to adapt visual storytelling to different formats (e.g., 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) and messaging angles

• A strong eye for aesthetics and alignment with MIKUTA's visual identity — elevated, editorial, yet performance-oriented

• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, iterating on creatives quickly based on feedback and performance

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
