ABOUT THE JOB

To support our Content Team and to elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor & Colour Grading Artist (d/f/m). This role will be working closely with our founders to ensure the final imagery reflects the MIKUTA aesthetic and fits seamlessly within our overall visual communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the color grading of MIKUTA imagery, working closely with our founders, who shoot the photos and currently handle the color grading.

• Color grade selected and cropped RAW images in Lightroom, with a focus on white balance, exposure, color, skin tones and local adjustments.

• Ensure a consistent look and feel across all images, campaigns and collections.

• Maintain the MIKUTA visual identity and make sure images work seamlessly across our Instagram, website and collection pages.

• Work with different types of imagery, including campaign, e-commerce, product, atmosphere, BTS and storytelling content.

• Work efficiently within our existing Lightroom and content workflows, together with our founders and retoucher.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in post production with a focus on photo editing and colour grading within fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce

• Strong experience working with Lightroom and RAW photography

• Excellent eye for colour, consistency, skin tones, exposure and overall image quality

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong understanding of how individual images work together as part of a larger visual identity

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and closely with creative teams and founders

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
