Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Marketing Team, we’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who can lead all our executional brand marketing activities from campaigns and collaborations to influencer, PR, and social media initiatives.

As well as oversee the Brand Marketing team, aligning cross-functional efforts, and ensure MIKUTA’s storytelling and activations drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and key activations.

• Translate MIKUTA’s brand identity and values into consistent storytelling and marketing execution across all channels.

• Oversee content creation, social media, PR, influencer, and retail marketing, ensuring one cohesive brand voice.

• Manage and lead  our creative & amazing Brand Marketing team, setting structure, clarity, and accountability.

• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, Product, and E-Commerce teams to align concepts and ensure cohesive execution.

• Relaunch and refine influencer, PR, and partnership strategies to strengthen brand visibility and desirability.

• Define and track brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, PR reach, ROI) to guide decisions.

• Build and maintain external partnerships with agencies, media, and collaborators to amplify MIKUTA’s reach.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a hands-on, execution-driven brand leader who thrives in fast-growing environments. You combine strategic vision with operational clarity and know how to turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns.

• 5–10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or Creative Direction in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or other premium consumer brands.

• Proven experience building and leading brand campaigns, collaborations, and activations across multiple channels.

• Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, PR, and content marketing and how to use them to drive awareness and brand love.

• Hands-on and entrepreneurial, comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.

• Collaborative mindset with experience partnering closely with Creative, Growth, Product, and E-Commerce teams.

• Analytical and structured, able to set clear priorities, processes, and measurable outcomes.

• Natural leader and team builder who fosters clarity, ownership, and accountability.

• Fluent in English; German or Portuguese is a plus.
