Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.
Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal and Flagship Stores in Berlin Mitte and Amsterdam.
ABOUT THE JOB
We aim to achieve the perfect fit to elevate our effortless designs and premium feel. To support our product team, we’re looking for a Womenswear Fit Model who can bring our designs to life, ensuring they fit beautifully and feel amazing on real bodies, while providing crucial insights that help shape every collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Try on prototypes during product meetings for all product categories, including Swimwear.
Provide detailed feedback during fitting sessions to improve fit, comfort, and overall wearability.
Collaborate with the design and product development teams to refine sizing and quality.
Support the evolution of our product development processes by sharing practical insights from fittings.
About you

Height: 170-172cm
Chest: 82–84 cm
Waist: 65–67 cm
Hip: 91–93 cm

Shoe Size: 37
Experience as Fit or Fitting Model and with trying on prototypes across all product categories, including Swimwear are valued.
Comfortable collaborating with design and product development teams to refine sizing and enhance quality.
Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment where your insights directly shape every collection.
