Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.
Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.
ABOUT THE JOB
We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Customer Experience Team, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (d/f/m) who can be a trusted guide and advocate for our customers, ensuring every interaction feels personal, helpful, and true to the MIKUTA spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support via email, contact form and social media to our English-speaking customers—with empathy, clarity, and care.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and kindly, turning challenges into opportunities to build connection and trust.
Assist with inquiries about orders, products and general support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to develop customer-centered solutions and share insights that help shape our brand’s evolution.
Be a true representative of MIKUTA in every conversation—upholding our values and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure internal tools and systems are always up to date.
Bring a proactive mindset and help us continuously improve how we connect with and care for our customers as we grow.
ABOUT YOU
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
You're available to work in shifts between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays (except Christmas and New Year).
Ideally, you have recent experience engaging directly with customers ( online or in person) and genuinely enjoy helping others.
Strong communication comes naturally to you: you're empathetic, attentive, and know how to choose the right words.
You approach challenges with a calm, can-do mindset and love finding solutions that leave people feeling heard and supported.
You're tech-savvy and confident using customer service platforms and online tools to stay organized and responsive, ideally you have experience working with Gorgias.
You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can adapt quickly while staying grounded and focused.
