Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Finance Team, we’re looking for a Controller who can ensure financial transparency, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights that help drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) 

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to improve financial predictability

• Review and optimize financial reporting tools and processes

• Provide clear financial insights to leadership and other departments

• Support in evaluating new business initiatives and identifying profitability drivers

• Contribute to cross-functional projects, including cost optimization and business planning

ABOUT YOU

You bring hands-on controlling experience and enjoy turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in a scale-up environment, work independently with a high sense of ownership, and communicate effectively across teams.

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A or financial reporting, in a D2C, fashion, or e-commerce environment

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with financial tools or accounting software is a plus

• Structured, analytical mindset with great attention to detail

• Effective communicator who can break down financial topics for non-finance stakeholders

• Proactive, solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
